ATTORNEY, Founding Partner & Mediator

JUDr. Martin Purkyt

JUDr. Martin Purkyt is a reputable and sought-after attorney. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, in 2003, where he subsequently defended his JUDr. degree. During his practice he had many opportunities to deepen his knowledge in all areas of law and gained valuable experience. He has used all this experience throughout his successful career to this day and now passes his knowledge on to his colleagues and law students.

Mgr. Michal Jonák

Michal Jonák is an attorney of the law firm, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and a long-time co-worker of the firm, having started his practice as a law student in it. After successfully completing his studies and passing the bar exams in December 2015, it was natural to him to continue working with our firm.

Mgr. Jakub Tomek

Jakub Tomek works as an attorney at Purkyt & Co. and contributes to the quality of the legal services provided and to the management of our law firm.

Jakub is an attorney focusing primarily on providing comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil law, real estate law, litigation, commercial contracts, administrative law, recovery of claims, and public procurement law. In addition, Jakub dedicates himself to criminal defense and representation of victims in criminal proceedings. In the course of his previous legal practice Jakub worked in several renowned law firms.

Jakub's greatest strengths include professionalism, flexibility and reliability, which has enabled him to establish long-term and outstanding relationships with his clients. In terms of language skills, Jakub has an excellent command of the English language. In his free time Jakub enjoys travelling, sports, as well as personal and professional development.

Mgr. Barbora Kolajíková

Barbora Kolajíková graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno, in 2019. During her studies, she worked as a legal assistant at a bailiff's office and then at a law firm focused on general practice. She also completed a six-month scholarship at Faculty of Law, Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, Canada. She has a fully professional knowledge of English and German at an advanced level. During her junior attorney practice, she focused on civil and commercial law, litigation and administrative law. After passing the bar exam, she joined our firm as an attorney.

JUDr. David Lakron

David Lakron completed his studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, in 2019. In 2020, he successfully passed the state rigorosum examination at the Faculty of Law of Charles University and was awarded the JUDr. degree. During his practice as an attorney, he worked in a law firm focusing on commercial clients, thanks to which he gained valuable experience in corporate law and litigation. In May 2021, he joined the team of Purkyt & Co., where he is still working as an attorney.

Junior attorney

Mgr. Filip Čermák

Filip Čermák graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in September 2023. During his studies he gained practical experience: first in a large international law firm, then he spent over three years in a law firm focused on general practice. During his student internships, he also got to know the judicial environment during two internships at the civil and criminal sections of the District Court for Prague 10. During his studies, he completed a six-month study stay at the Universidad de Valencia in Spain, which he also used to write his thesis in the field of private international law. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He joined Purkyt & Co. in October 2023 as a junior attorney.

Filip’s biggest hobby is football, both active and passive. In his free time, he also enjoys other sports, travelling and spending time with his family.

Office manager

Ing. Karolína Appeltová

Karolína Appeltová holds a university degree in Management. She joined our law firm Purkyt & Co. in 2022 and works here as an office manager.

She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.

Backoffice manager

Nikola Löschnerová

Nikola Löschnerová graduated in promotion. She joined Purkyt & Co. in 2024 as a back-office manager.

Her hobbies include sports, art and theatre.

Student

Lenka Hanušová

Lenka Hanušová is a student of the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and joined Purkyt & Co. in June 2023. During her studies, she completed a summer internship at the District Court for Prague 9, which broadened her horizons in many ways.

She likes to spend her free time with her family and friends on a nice trip to the countryside.

Student

Šárka Čechnerová

Šárka Čechnerová is a fifth year student at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She joined the team of Purkyt & Co. in June 2024 as a student. During her studies, she gained experience in advocacy, first in a smaller law firm focused mainly on family and criminal law and then in a large law firm with an international reach.

Her hobbies are volleyball, dancing and traveling and the free time she likes to spend playing sports or just hanging out with friends.

Adam Herbert Sýkora

Adam Herbert Sýkora is a fourth year student at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and joined the team of Purkyt & Co. in August 2024 as a student.

He enjoys playing ice hockey, football and does modern fencing. He prefers to spend his free time with his girlfriend, family or playing sports.

  • relations arising from and related to development plans and programmes, including relations connected with their implementation, such as transfers of new residential units into the ownership of their users,
  • contractual relations arising from and related to the lease and sublease of real estate,  
  • contractual relations connected with the exchange of real estate (in particular land),
  • contractual relations arising from and related to the activities of real estate agencies,
  • securing obligations (e.g. through lien and surety, contractual establishment of easements and their registration into the Cadastre of Real Estate),
  • relations arising from the Land Act, restitution claims and relations connected with expropriation proceedings,
  • preparation of all types and kinds of contracts regulated by the Civil Code,
  • damages and the restitution for unjust enrichment, and property law relations of all kinds.
